These Terms of Service govern your use of the Stretch With Susie website, on-demand video library, and live classes (the "Service"), operated by Stretch With Susie LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company ("we", "us"). By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and physically able to participate in Pilates and movement classes. By using the Service, you confirm that you have read and accepted our liability waiver.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Accounts are individual — please don't share your login. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Auto-renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) until you cancel. The renewal charge is the same amount as the previous period unless we've given you advance notice of a price change. You authorize us to charge your stored payment method for each renewal. You can review your renewal date and the next charge amount in your account settings any time.
Cancellation
You can cancel any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep full access until then. We do not refund partially-used billing periods, except as described in our Refund Policy.
Price changes
If we change subscription prices for the future, we'll email active members at least 30 days before the new price applies. You can cancel before the change takes effect to avoid the new price.
Founding Member rate
If you signed up during the Founding Member window, your monthly rate is locked at $35/mo for the life of your active subscription — we'll never raise it on you while you stay subscribed. If you cancel and re-subscribe later, the rate-lock no longer applies; re-subscription is at then-current standard pricing.
4. One-time purchases
Class passes (single drop-ins, 10-class packs) and private session credits are one-time, non-renewing purchases. Credits don't expire but are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.
5. Live classes
Live classes are taught via Google Meet. Registration is required and space may be capped. The Meet link appears 15 minutes before each class in your dashboard. You may cancel your registration any time before the class — credits used (if any) are returned to your balance.
We may cancel or reschedule a class for illness, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel, your credit (if used) will be refunded automatically and you'll be notified by email.
6. On-demand library
Library access is granted while your subscription is active. When your subscription ends, library access ends.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Share, redistribute, record, or republish any class content (live or on-demand)
- Share your login with others
- Reverse-engineer or scrape the Service
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
8. Intellectual property
All content — videos, written material, branding — belongs to Stretch with Susie. You get a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view it while your subscription is active. You don't get any ownership rights.
9. Health disclaimer
Movement classes are not medical advice or treatment. Consult a physician before starting any new exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition, injury, or are pregnant. Stop immediately if you experience pain. You participate at your own risk.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
12. Changes to these Terms
If we change these Terms meaningfully, we'll email active members at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the new Terms.
